Step 1: Your first session is an in depth consultation of around 1.5 to 2 hours. This is to ensure I have all the important details I need and that you are 100% happy with the process. The first step will involve some hypnosis work to release any negative emotion and build your morale and confidence so you are set to begin the new chapter of your life.
Subsequent sessions will be around 1 hour duration.
The program entails at least 5 sessions.
Step 2: Convincing evidence shows weight problems can be psychological. This session will focus solely on you to remove any negative emotion that you may have been repressing. This is something that will enable you to maintain your weight loss forever. I abelieve this step to be hugely important in weight loss therapy and is why this process is so much more successful in the long term than others. If it is felt that more sessions are needed here before we can continue then I will discuss this with you and make suitable arrangements for this.
Step 3: Your 'consultation' at the clinic. I will take you to meet the 'surgeon' and include a lot of positive suggestion.
Step 4: The 'surgery' itself with theatre background noise.
Step 5: Although not always necessary, some clients may find that they want an adjustment on their band, this can be performed at any time in the future and it is available on request. There may come a point when you will want your band removed as you no longer need it, this can also be performed when requested.
